Real estate has been my calling since 1995, just three years out of college with a marketing and communications degree (and an art minor that still gets plenty of use). What started as a career became a passion—helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives and doing it in a way that feels more like having a trusted friend in your corner than hiring a salesperson.
My focus has always been simple: serve with excellence, earn repeat business and referrals for life. That means creating winning marketing strategies for sellers, negotiating the best possible outcomes for buyers, and making the whole experience as fun and low-stress as possible. With 20+ years in the business and ongoing education, the goal is always to mitigate risk and create positive, successful outcomes.

That's what happens when you genuinely care about people and commit to exceeding expectations every single time. My business spans a broad geographic area of DFW—home base is Plano/Frisco—and all price ranges, with an average transaction around $840k.
Before real estate, my background was in corporate marketing leadership. At The Staubach Company, I led a team of nine marketing professionals supporting 70 offices across North America, directing everything from national advertising and brand identity to event management and marketing technology initiatives. The recognition there included two Innovation awards and induction as a Champion of Excellence in 2005—a peer-nominated honor given to fewer than 50 people out of 1,600 over nine years for exemplifying integrity, respect, teamwork, balance, and leadership.
That experience taught me strategic thinking, but real estate taught me something more important: hospitality is my spiritual gift. I genuinely love serving others, entertaining, and bringing people together. My family and friends mean everything. My dog is the best. Cruising to anywhere near water is my happy place. Texas is home, and I've loved being deeply involved in this community through the years, from serving on boards, volunteering, and giving back.
And that art minor? It comes in handy more than you'd think… especially when helping sellers stage their homes or guiding new construction buyers through finish selections.
