Your home goes on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, and every other major real estate site. We write compelling listing copy that highlights your home's best features without overselling.

Broker and agent outreach

We let other agents know your home is coming on the market. Many buyers are already working with agents, and those agents are actively searching for properties that fit their clients' needs. We will use our reverse prospecting process along with professional yard signs, brochures, and flyers for showings.

Open Houses and Private Showings

Depending on your property and market conditions, we may recommend a broker's open (for real estate agents), a public open house, or private showings only. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation.
